I bring kindness, compassion, and humor to the counseling process and work from a strengths-based perspective to help you explore issues interfering with your happiness, contentment or progress in areas of your life. My practice over the past 25 years is quite eclectic drawing primarily on cognitive behavioral therapy, but also integrates holistic, humanistic and solution focused elements.
